Katerina develops bespoke workouts based on individual client goals which produce immediate results. Throughout the years, she designs programs for weight loss, strength training, athletic performance, rehabilitation, mental wellness, and stress management. Additionally, she offers half hour sessions in the workplace, with mindful movement, breathing techniques and meditation, that rejuvenate and energize. 

With a client list as diverse as her personal training methods, Katerina regularly works with successful actors and models preparing for new roles, musicians embarking on world tours, business executives desiring increased productivity and focus, and young adults aspiring to become elite athletes.

Katerina travels to her clients and offers on-site training.
