Katerina earned a BS in Exercise Science & Physical Education and a MSc in Exercise Science & Health Psychology. While working with clients for weight control and depression, she realized that diets and antidepressant pills have a massive failure rate, because they don’t touch upon the way people think. She then realized that traditional methods did not address all of the difficulties that her clients faced and actively sought alternative methods of treatment so that she could work more holistically for better results.

She received her certification in hypnotherapy from the Center of Integrative Hypnosis, in New York, where she obtained training in clinical hypnosis, mind body health, Neuroscience and Epigenetics, coupled with Classical and Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Freedom Technique. This dual emphasis in Mind and Body connection, is what enables her to understand the underlying dynamics that prevent change and help her clients to integrate change into a variety of aspects of their lives.

Katerina has also been certified by the Applied Kinesiology School in Nutrition Response Testing - a non-invasive technique testing the body's neurological reflexes indicating food sensitivities, immune challenges, heavy metal and chemical toxicity. She is certified in Reiki, Yoga, Pilates, and TRX. She is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, Center for Integrative Hypnosis, International College of Psychosomatic Medicine, National Physical Activity Society, and the European Commission - Youth in Action Program.

Katerina works with a variety of clients, including professional athletes, models, actors and high level business executives. Her goal as a Fitness & Wellness Specialist is to help people feel good in their own body by teaching them how to make better healthier choices.
